Craig a Noddfa ydyw'r Iesu -
  Noddfa ddiogel, heb ei hail!
Ni ddaw gelyn dros ei muriau,
  Ni ni thorrir dan ei sail.
    Haleliwia!
  Craig fy iachawdwriaeth yw!

Dyma'r Graig y mae ffynhonnau
  O fendithion parod im';
Dyma'r Graig a ddeil fy ysbryd
  Yn y 'stormydd mwya'u grym:
    Haleliwia!
  Craig fy iachawdwriaeth yw!

A Rock and a Refuge is Jesus -
